SCCM R2 has the New operating system deployment features, one of which is the ability to create a VHD from a task sequence right from the Configuration Manager console.
To explain this new feature you can use task sequence to create VHD image, select relative software that would be automatically installed
So you will have an easily way to deploy S.O. to Virtualized environment such HyperV
